PWC Directors Day Tickets

PWC Directors Day is an annual event organized by the Professional Women in Construction (PWC) organization. The event focuses on bringing together women professionals in the construction industry to discuss current trends, share insights and network with peers. Nearly every year the PWC Directors Day has a theme which guides the day’s workshops.

This year's theme for the PWC Directors Day was “The Art of Collaboration,” an apt topic that reflects how different aspects of construction teams come together to create memorable structures. The theme charts out the importance of communication, listening, patience, and respect, especially in a creative field like theater.

As future leaders and directors in their respective fields, attendees were encouraged to identify new opportunities for collaboration within their own organizations and continue to push for more diversity, inclusion, and transparency.

But where does theater come into the picture?

One thing that ties everyone in both industries together though, is that both areas are very much male-dominated. Which is why events like the PWC Director's Day do so much to empower women and celebrate the spirit of collaboration in business.
