Wesley College is a liberal arts college located in Dover, Delaware. The Wolverines of Wesley College are members of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and compete in Division III.

Sports have always been an integral part of student life at Wesley College. The Wolverines field teams in more than 20 sports, including football, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, volleyball, tennis, cross country, track and field, and others.

One of the most successful programs at Wesley College has been football. The Wolverines have won two Eastern College Athletic Conference championships, 13 conference Championships, and have made 11 appearances in the NCAA Division III playoffs. Wesley College has consistently ranked among the top football programs in the nation.

The basketball program at Wesley College has also been quite successful, with a number of players earning all-conference honors over the years.

In addition to football and basketball, the Wolverines have excelled in other sports as well. The women’s soccer team made its first appearance in the NCAA tournament in 2018, while the women’s volleyball team has won several conference championships.

Wesley College also offers various opportunities for student-athletes to participate in intramural and club sports. These activities allow students who may not be able to make varsity teams to still enjoy the camaraderie and competition that comes with playing organized sports.
