Krewella Band History
Krewella is an American electronic dance music duo from Chicago, Illinois. The group consists of sisters Jahan Yousaf and Yasmine Yousaf. They gained prominence in the EDM scene with their unique sound blending elements of dubstep, electro house, and pop.
Formation and Early Career
Krewella was formed in 2007 by the Yousaf sisters along with producer Kris Trindl, known as Rain Man. They released their debut extended play "Play Hard" in 2012, which featured hit singles like "Alive" and "Killin' It".
